LeadMO is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit committed to developing a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talented leaders devoted to building a Missouri centered on equitable progress. This includes protecting worker dignity and collective bargaining, fully funding high-quality, equitable public education, universal access to affordable healthcare, including reproductive justice, environmental sustainability, and free and fair elections.
