McBride Wellness is a global mental health and psychosocial support practice founded by Kelly McBride, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience working in mental health across the world. The practice offers individual and group counseling, clinical supervision, workforce training, and organizational consultation to both individuals and institutions around the globe. Kelly holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, a Master’s in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor’s in International Studies and French from Saint Louis University.

Kelly specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, sexual assault, burnout, vicarious trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and those in need of suicide prevention support. Her approach is personalized, strength-based, and culturally sensitive, drawing on methods such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic-based techniques. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, she is committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that welcomes people of all backgrounds. McBride Wellness has supported prominent global organizations including the World Health Organization, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Rescue Committee, and the International Medical Corps. Kelly is also a published author and researcher in the fields of mental health, humanitarian response, and human rights.
