Deconstruction Development Partners is a company focused on identifying and deconstructing properties that are in need or scheduled for demolition by municipalities, private entities, non-profits or developers. Deconstruction is defined by the Department of Labor as a structure that is carefully taken apart for the purposes of repurposing material. Deconstruction is similar to Demolition except for the processing of building materials, strategic partners involved, and the donation of the building materials.
