ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a customer-service-driven multitasker, capable of handling a variety of tasks in a hospitality-oriented facility. The Member Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for all members and guests of Nebula and assist them as needed. Hone your organizational and time management skills while learning about all the ins and outs of small business management, including marketing, event planning, and community building.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Member Support Specialist, you will…

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and correspondence
  • Direct members and guests of members throughout the space
  • Receive, sort, and distribute all mail and packages to members
  • Conduct recurring processes and procedures, including making coffee, replenishing supplies, vending, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the utmost level of cleanliness in Nebula’s systems and spaces
  • Treat concerns with care and deliver superior customer service on a daily basis
  • Support staff at member events through event setup and breakdown
  • Assist in maintaining company’s social media presence and other external advertisements 
  • Assist in the various membership processes such as tours, onboarding, and exiting
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in customer service, community building, operations, and/or marketing
  • Strong sense of civic pride and desire to improve the city of St. Louis
  • Punctual self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to connect with diverse cultural, social, and educational backgrounds
  • Ability to multitask and change priorities when necessary
SALARY & PERKS
  • $40,000 annual salary
  • 3 weeks of PTO annually
