Q: What is the difference between a Drop-In membership and Dedicated Desk option?
A: Our drop-in membership(s) allow you to work at a number of open desks from a set period of time of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 24/7 access. Our dedicated desk option is your designated area to work every time you’re in. And because you’re the only one using it, you can leave or lock up your belongings.

Q: I’m not a current tenant, am I still able to rent the Conference Room?
A: We do allow non-members the option to use our Conference Room for a rate of $35/hour or $250/day. We require a $100 deposit at booking.

Q: I am a startup business and am not sure if I can commit to all the leasing requirements.
A: We’re always interested in helping accommodate startup businesses/individuals who are helping build the St. Louis culture and community. Please contact us with your business proposal to learn more details.

Q: Is Nebula pet friendly?
A: Yes, Nebula is pet friendly! As long as tenants take responsibility and have control over their animals while they are here, they are welcome!
